However, you will never see an automatic price change. Features and prices are always up to you, and we will always be very transparent about any changes, and if there are changes, we will always make sure they are in your favor. Rest assured, you will never be charged a higher price unless you specifically decide to change to a new plan down the road.

Definitely not! Song Chasers is a monthly or annual subscription. We provide 10x the value of your membership fee every month. If you ever would like to leave the community, you are welcome to! You can choose to cancel your membership at any time.

We want to make sure you’re taken care of! If you ever contact us and request to cancel, you are welcome to ask for a refund. We can refund any payments that were made within the last 30 days of your request. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any payments that were made longer than 30 days ago. Note if you choose the monthly payment option rather than the annual option the 30 day money back guarantee does not cove the $75 nonrefundable onboarding fee.

Song Chasers is a new community developed by Full Circle Music. We do expect Song Chasers to grow and evolve over time, and we imagine that Song Chasers will look a little different 2 years from now compared to how it looks today. You are of course welcome to upgrade or downgrade or cancel at any time. Overall, as we do evolve Song Chasers over time, we expect to make your experience better and better.
